Dr. Zielinski has privileges at Hill Regional Medical center and Parkview and has been working in and around the Corsicana region for some time. Texas Spine and Neurosurgery is excited about the development of a local spine program and in strengthening the local medical community. Patients can be treated locally with all of their conservative therapy care options, including but not limited to physical therapy and pain management. If a patient needs surgery, they are able to have their surgery locally. Patients no longer have to leave town in order to obtain outstanding care for their backs and necks.
Dr. Zielinski is proud to have local support from the Corsicana community and wishes to continue to develop spine care in Corsicana.

How We Help
There is no need to travel long distances to access the best in spine care! At Texas Spine and Neurosurgery, we bring advanced technology and treatment options to you. Our founder, Dr. Steven Zielinski, is a Stanford trained spine surgeon and an experienced expert in back and neck surgery. Dr. Zielinski is a pioneer in artificial disc technology and currently holds multiple patents in the area. Through his company, Zielinski Medical Technologies, he has been on several innovation teams, and has expertly designed several products currently used across the nation in spine surgery.
Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery
Dr. Zielinski has routinely performed minimally invasive spine surgery since 1997. In patients that qualify, it is a great way to relieve pain quickly and ensure a smaller incision, with very little down time. Patients who undergo minimally invasive spine surgery are typically able to return home on the same day of their surgery. The minimally invasive approach also tends to decrease the amount of pain associated with surgery. We know your time and ability to return to your regular activities are important. That is why we always strive to provide the highest level of care with the least invasive approach.
