Texas Spine and Neurosurgery started its home office and main clinic in Waco. Now, Texas Spine and Neurosurgery has expanded to the Taylor region and will be offering services in the Westlake area. Dr. Zielinski has been working in the Texas since 2007 and Texas Spine and Neurosurgery has been offering “first class spine care close to home” in Texas for many years.
Dr. Zielinski has privileges at the Hospital at Westlake Medical Center. Texas Spine and Neurosurgery has worked with the hospital and local community to develop an unprecedented, outstanding neuro spine program. Texas Spine and Neurosurgery will have a local satellite clinic and we will be able to see patients from Taylor in Westlake. Patients can choose to have all conservative therapy done locally in Taylor and, if it comes to surgery, that can be done close to home at The Hospital at Westlake Medical Center. There are now options in Taylor to obtain “first class spine care close to home”.
Dr. Zielinski appreciates the strong local support he has from the Taylor community, Taylor physicians, and local community leaders and wishes to continue to develop spine care in Taylor going forward.
How We Help
There is no need to travel long distances to access the best in spine care! At Texas Spine and Neurosurgery, we bring advanced technology and treatment options to you. Our founder, Dr. Steven Zielinski, is a Stanford trained spine surgeon and an experienced expert in back and neck surgery. Dr. Zielinski is a pioneer in artificial disc technology and currently holds multiple patents in the area. Through his company, Zielinski Medical Technologies, he has been on several innovation teams, and has expertly designed several products currently used across the nation in spine surgery.
Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery
Dr. Zielinski has routinely performed minimally invasive spine surgery since 1997. In patients that qualify, it is a great way to relieve pain quickly and ensure a smaller incision, with very little down time. Patients who undergo minimally invasive spine surgery are typically able to return home on the same day of their surgery. The minimally invasive approach also tends to decrease the amount of pain associated with surgery. We know your time and ability to return to your regular activities are important. That is why we always strive to provide the highest level of care with the least invasive approach.
